When disaster strikes, the Verizon Response Team (VRT) is there to help frontline workers stay connected. Simply put, they’re the heroes behind the heroes. So when our partners at Verizon asked us to give VRT members the spotlight they deserve, we hit the ground running.
From Georgia to Virginia, Massachusetts to Idaho and Washington state, we sent in-house production crews all over the country to interview just five of the men and women who lean on America’s most reliable network to serve first responders every day.
And the resulting work—a series of 38 dynamic social posts, including videos, animations and static assets—exceeded 2021 baselines for average impressions and engagements per post.
Shared on Verizon Public Sector's Twitter and LinkedIn handles between September 2021 and January 2022, the campaign earned 289k impressions and over 5k engagements—successfully delivering a powerful story about life #BehindtheFrontline.
