In an effort to reach a broader talent pool and increase brand awareness among students and recent graduates, Morgan Stanley wanted to introduce potential candidates to some of their brightest rising talent, giving them an inside-look at life at the firm. In order to differentiate themselves in the ongoing war for talent, Morgan Stanley needed to position themselves as an exciting and valuable place to start a career. Building off the larger "We Are Morgan Stanley" campaign launched earlier this year, "Who We Are" brings the diversified roles and responsibilities of Sebastian, Audrey, JP and Rose-Gaëlle to life — illustrating exactly what it means to be a part of Morgan Stanley's ideas-driven culture.
